Apple iWatch will appear in our eyes

While people are having fun with the Google Glass, Apple is busy readying their own wearable tech, the iWatch. So far we haven’t got any hints regarding when the device might arrive, but recent activities by Apple seem to suggest that the company could be planning to launch the watch sometime in the near future.

According to Bloomberg, Apple has a team of around 100 designers working on "a wristwatch-like device that may perform some of the tasks now handled by the iPhone and iPad". That's based on conversations with "two people familiar with the company's plans".

Recruiting an established member of the fashion and luxury goods sector could be a move to propel Apple's brand internationally, building upon the success and cachet of the iPhone, which dramatically opened up new demand for the company's products outside the United States.
